Summary:
Derbyshire Hockey Association is looking for Lead and Assistant Coaches for the 2024-25 season to deliver the England Hockey Player Pathway at the Derbyshire County Academy Centre.
Full details:
- Our Academy Centre runs on Sundays, from September to May, at Shobnall Leisure Centre, and will comprise approximately 9 training sessions and 5 competition days against other Midlands Counties, plus an end of season tournament.
- We are looking for Lead and Assistant coaches for our Academy squads. We run U13, U14, U15, U16 and U17 age groups for both boys and girls
- Lead Coaches should be qualified to L2, or equivalent.
- Assistant Coaches should be qualified to L1 or equivalent.
- Coaches will be self employed, at an hourly rate depending on qualifications and experience.
- First Aid and Safeguarding certificates will be required.
- A CRB check will also be required.
