Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Solid experience in a management role working in ticketing/ events industry
- Knowledge of Ticketmaster sport XR system and Salesforce is desired
- Project management experience and examples of delivering integrated campaigns with clear evidence of delivery within tight timescales
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and to work as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management
- Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance
- Proven track record of showing an innovative approach to task management
- Excellent IT skills, specifically Microsoft packages, ticketing and CRM systems
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to communicate and work through the medium of Welsh is desirable
The Role
Key Responsibilities, Tasks and Activities
- Manage proactive and reactive engagement comms for closed groups (Debentures, Clubs, Premium Supporters)
- Identify alignment opportunities to grow and enhance the supporter match day experience for closed groups
- Execute the delivery of future new Debenture series
- Create and deliver growth strategies for closed group ticket sales.
- Create and activate Debenture engagement plans to ensure a superior supporter experience throughout the customer journey
- Act as the communications link between ticketing and marketing departments
- Represent the Ticketing team on matters relating to club ticket entitlements and allocations
- Line management for Group Ticketing Executive and Affiliate ticketing Officer.
- Carry out any appropriate additional tasks or duties as requested by line management
- Carry out duties in support of the WRU Group Strategic Mission, Purpose and Values

WRU Requirements
The WRU require that individuals are proficient in IT skills, specifically Microsoft packages. Excellent written and verbal communications are essential, along with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh and a Valid UK Driver's License is desirable.
