Lead impactful digital campaigns and boost fan engagement as Digital Marketing Manager at Edgbaston Stadium!
We’re seeking an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team at Edgbaston Stadium. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Brand, you’ll lead on the planning, delivery, and analysis of digital campaigns across all Club channels. With a strong focus on audience growth, fan engagement, and commercial performance, this role requires a creative thinker with proven experience in CRM strategy, paid media, SEO, and analytics. You’ll be central to driving innovation in our digital offering, helping the Club stay ahead in the sports industry.
The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within sports, gaming, or retail, along with a degree in Digital Marketing or a related qualification. You’ll need a solid grasp of campaign execution, CRM management, digital product optimisation, and audience insight generation.
