TRI-FIT, an independent British performance sports brand specialising in premium triathlon and endurance apparel, is looking for an energetic, outgoing and highly organised Community & Athlete Manager.
The Role
You will become one of the faces of TRI-FIT, taking ownership of its TRI-BE amateur race team, professional athlete relationships, affiliate programme, community events and race activations. During race season you will attend triathlons, marathons, swimming events and expos across the UK, and between events you will be based at TRI-FIT HQ in Wetherby.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the TRI-BE amateur race community, including activations and race-weekend meetups
- Develop engagement across community channels, including Strava
- Manage relationships with professional and sponsored athletes, including kit and content commitments
- Recruit, onboard and manage affiliates
- Represent TRI-FIT at events and help organise activations
- Capture event photography, interviews and short-form social content

- Outgoing, approachable and confident meeting new people
- Comfortable representing a premium sports brand
- Highly organised, reliable and proactive
- Confident using social media and creating basic short-form video
- Able to manage multiple relationships, projects and deadlines
- A genuine passion for triathlon and endurance sport
