The Role:
We’re currently recruiting a Program Facilitator within our Foundation, the charity branch of Tottenham Hotspur, to help us take things to the next level.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage in outreach work, promoting the Level Up Network program through in-person and digital methods (public speaking, street outreach, site visits, campaigning, etc.) in the Spurs heartlands (Haringey, Enfield), building relationships with/and onboarding young people (16 to 24) and youth organizations onto the program.
- Support the design & implementation of the Employment & Skills department’s career exposure & upskilling strategy, exposing young adults to careers, career mentoring, career fairs, training & upskilling and volunteering.
- Deliver the Level Up Network program, using a mixture of delivery and learning styles to adjust the teachings of the program to group and 1-2-1 session participants. This will include sessions around employability, networking, positive mindset, goal setting, wellbeing and more.
- Work closely with the Level Up Network team to ensure the program is creative in delivery, focused on building skills and community-led, consulting staff and participants regularly on the program.
- Manage a case of participants on the Level Up Network program, ensuring each participant develops employability skills and gets matched to a mentor, and capturing participants’ progress.
- Build relationships with referral partners to help them understand the program, its outcomes and supporting referrals of participants onto the program.
- Build relationships with delivery partners that can support the delivery of the program, including mentors, workshop facilitators, and employers.
- Support the delivery of other employment programs alongside the wider employment team, where necessary, including delivering 1-2-1 sessions, group sessions and event planning & delivery.
- Capture outcomes and case studies from participants you worked with and record them on salesforce and internal communication channels.
- Perform all responsibilities in line with legislative guidance and Club/Foundation policy on safeguarding, safer-working and DEI practices.
- Due to the nature of the industry and the role, some out-of-office hours work would be required from time to time including evenings and weekends.

- Previous experience of delivering educational programs/ curriculums/ workshops in educational organisations, youth organisations or the employment sectors.
- Able to demonstrate teaching/ coaching/mentoring experience in group and 1-2-1 skills through previous work or social activities.
- Experience of working with young adults (age 16 to 24) from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Desirable:
- Teaching qualification or Information, Advice & Guidance Qualification (IAG) or similar qualification.
- Experience of working on their own personal and professional development, taking part in extra-curricular activities like workshops, courses, reading books and other, to improve themselves
- Experience of working in a performance target driven environment.
- Willingness to travel around London (e.g. to meet participants/ employers).
