The Role
To be responsible for both PPM and reactive Maintenance tasks at the training center and undertake the necessary maintenance duties to support the operational effectiveness of the technical services team.
About You
- Carry out various Maintenance related reactive and PPM tasks across site
- Communicate with, induct and supervise sub-contracts on-site when needed
- Place orders for parts and stock
- Carry out various electrical installations
- Support the TC Operations department for specific projects
- Perform fault finding and repairs on electrical assets
- Reduce contractor costs by increasing the amount of in-house electrical jobs
- Ensure work is undertaken in compliance with relevant H&S regulations and procedures
- Liaise with THFC helpdesk and other subcontractors to deliver maintenance across the THFC estate to a suitable standard in accordance with the maintenance schedules

Skills & Experience
- A completed recognized electrical qualification, such as C&G Level 3
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Inspection and Testing qualification is desirable
- Experience in a maintenance environment
- Knowledge and experience in BMS
- IT literate
- Customer service skills
- Full driving license
