The Hurricanes are seeking an outstanding Rehabilitation Physiotherapist to join our high-performance team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within a dynamic, aligned and integrated Performance Team at the Hurricanes.
In this role, you will maximise player availability and performance by:
• Leading the Hurricanes Men's Return to Perform programme, guiding athletes from injury through to full performance readiness.
• Delivering world-class physiotherapy services that optimise athlete health, wellbeing and on-field performance.
• Collaborating closely with coaches, medical staff, strength and conditioning coaches, and wider performance personnel to deliver integrated, athlete-centred care.
• Contributing to the ongoing development and continuous improvement of the Club's high-performance environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• A recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy.
• Current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand and a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC), or eligibility to obtain registration and an APC before commencing the role.
• Proven experience designing and delivering rehabilitation programmes within an elite or professional sporting environment.
