POSITION PURPOSE:
The purpose of this position is to:
- Lead, manage, and grow our people within the performance team to deliver a world class integrated performance model.
- Develop a competitive advantage by optimising physical performance and development of our players relative to the physical demands of our game model, so the team is equipped to deliver the ‘Hurricanes way’ game plan.
- Identify, develop, and manage the implementation of an availability and performance monitoring system that positively and regularly impacts the daily training environment.
