We are now looking for a Workday Finance Training & Communications Specialist to play a key role in ensuring our colleagues are fully supported through this transformation.=

The Opportunity:

This is a high impact role sitting at the heart of a multi phase Workday implementation. You will help develop the training and communications approach for our Finance modules, helping teams across the organisation confidently adopt new systems, processes and ways of working.

You will work closely with our Change Management Lead, internal stakeholders and implementation partners to deliver a seamless transition to Workday, ensuring learning is engaging, accessible and effective.

With Finance modules central to the upcoming phases, your role will be critical in driving adoption and confidence across the business.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • You will design, develop and deliver the Workday training and learning approach for Finance, while supporting wider HCM activity where needed.
  • You will create engaging, role based learning experiences, including instructor led sessions both face to face and virtual, e learning content, quick reference guides and practical job aids. Alongside this, you will coordinate training delivery and support ongoing learning post go live.
  • You will also contribute to the development of clear, engaging communications aligned to key milestones, helping colleagues understand what is changing, why it matters and how they are supported. This includes FAQs, intranet content, toolkits and feedback channels to drive engagement.
  • Collaboration will be central to your success. You will partner with Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement and IT teams, as well as subject matter experts and our implementation partner, to ensure all content is accurate, consistent and aligned.
  • You will track the effectiveness of training and communications through data and feedback, continuously improving the approach to maximise adoption.

What We're Looking For:

  • You will bring proven experience delivering Workday training in a fast paced implementation environment, with a strong understanding of Finance modules (Workday FINS).
  • You are confident delivering training to a range of audiences, both in person and virtually, and can translate complex processes into clear, engaging learning.
  • You are organised, detail focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities, working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation to meet key deadlines.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience delivering Workday training to Finance Teams and other end users (Workday FINS)
  • Strong understanding of training design and learning methodologies
  • Confident facilitating sessions at all levels, both in person and via virtual platforms
  • Experience creating a range of engaging learning and support materials
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Experience using tools such as Microsoft Office, LMS platforms and content creation tools such as Synthesia
  • A working knowledge of Workday HCM would be beneficial.
