- Provide technical feedback to players within the RETP and NETP in their local environment.
- Support local coaches to develop their awareness of Para activity and player development.
- Provide feedback and scout reports for FA Para Talent Hubs, written to a high standard and uploaded to FA systems.
- Support one-to-one delivery for players in the talent system, and support the Player Technical Support Lead with remote technical support.
- Build working relationships with FA staff and key personnel locally to support talent identification.
About You
- Level 2 in Coaching Football, FA Safeguarding and FA First Aid in Football qualifications.
- Previous experience of coaching football in youth environments and of planning and delivering technical coaching sessions.
- Ability to review and reflect on sessions and to give individual feedback.
- Effective communication skills, with experience of co-coaching as part of a team.
- Excellent commitment and timekeeping.
- Beneficial: UEFA B licence, experience in disability or Para football, and an understanding of the Para Talent Pathway and football classifications.
