Position Summary: Be tasked with executing custom fitting services and managing custom business operations at both own direct stores(TM Seoul & TM Gangnam). The objective is to enhance consumer satisfaction and loyalty through premium fitting services and to achieve business goals.
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales goals in accordance with custom business plan
- Operate TMPC and custom fitting system on an everyday basis
- Allow consumers to experience TM high-end products through providing tour-level premium fitting services
- Coordinate and manage revenue-generating custom fitting programs through strategic partnership with golf schools, academies, and teams.
- Assist manager for managing HPS ambassador program that is linked to TMPC’s sales performance
- Execute sales-related events and customer engagement activities, such as golf tournaments, to support revenue growth
- Provide golf-swing analysis and club fitting services to development tour players and junior amateurs in collaboration with tour team
- Assist manager to organize and monitor product availability-forecast and order
- Ensures consumer satisfaction which includes on-time delivery, product and fitting satisfaction.
- Performs other related duties andn assignments as required
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Tour-level fitting techniques are required.
- Golf Handicap(required): at least 12 or below
- Ability to use golf simulator, launch monitor, Trackman and GC-Quad
- Excellent knowledge of golf equipment & market trend
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data.
- Native in Korean
- MS-Office skills.
Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:
- More than 5 years of experience in custom fitting service
- Preferred to have experience in club fitting event
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work extended hours as necessary.
- Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials.
- Necessary to work alternately at two locations.
- Frequent travel may be required
