THE OPPORTUNITY

Step into the heart of the action and join our Club Operations team as a Logistics Coordinator, where every day is an opportunity to play a vital role in the rhythm of our Academy and football programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Transporting, storing, and setting up all essential equipment and property for Academy and football program training sessions and matches, including interstate travel as required.
  • Liaising with Coaching, Medical, and Conditioning staff to ensure training sessions and match days run seamlessly and professionally.
  • Providing a well-organised storage and distribution system for apparel and equipment, including managing the laundering of playing and training gear.
  • Communicating with external partners such as training and playing venues, accommodation providers, airline cargo partners, and product and equipment suppliers.
  • Ensuring the operations for training and matches comply with Club Risk Management, Work Health & Safety policies, and procedures including conducting risk assessments of grounds, equipment, and apparel.
  • Assisting with day-to-day property operations for our football programs, wherever your contribution is needed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Ordering, purchasing, storage and distribution experience
  • Proven organisational skills including prioritisation, time management and checklist management
  • Advanced communication skills - both written and verbal - to staff, players and stakeholders
  • Capability across the MS Office Suite of products, particularly MS Excel
  • Manual handling experience and ability to manage physical workloads
  • NSW Full Drivers Licence
  • Working with Children Check and ongoing participation in any Safeguarding Children education requirements as directed by the Club

Due to the nature of the industry, the ideal candidate must be flexible in their availability as extended hours and weekend work will be required for this role.
