Swindon Town Football Club is looking for an experienced, passionate and highly organised Head Chef to lead catering across the football operation.
The Role
You will deliver high-quality, nutritious food for the First Team and Academy at the training ground, alongside matchday hospitality catering (up to 300 covers) and food for club events, working closely with the club’s Performance Nutritionist and Performance Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all training-ground food provision for the First Team, Academy and staff
- Develop balanced, performance-focused menus with the Performance Nutritionist
- Lead matchday hospitality catering of up to 300 covers, and cater for club events
- Lead food safety, hygiene and allergen management
- Source quality ingredients, manage budgets and stock, and minimise waste
- Lead, develop and manage the kitchen team, including rotas and training
About You
- Significant experience as a Head Chef or in senior kitchen leadership
- Level 3 Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate
- A track record of leading a team and managing budgets
- Knowledge of specialist, cultural and religious diets and of performance nutrition
- Flexible to work early starts, matchdays, evenings and weekends
- Enhanced DBS check required
