In this role you will:
- Communicate effectively with the tutor workforce to ensure all required course paperwork is received for Institute of Swimming training programmes
- Review, quality-check and administer course paperwork to enable timely processing of learner results
- Process learner results for certification in line with awarding organisation processes and procedures
- Ensure all resulting and certification administration is completed accurately and within agreed timescales
- Identify errors or missing information and proactively liaise with tutors, learners or awarding bodies to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and internal systems
- Use clear, concise written communication when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Carry out any other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the role, in line with organisational policies and procedures

- Experience of working to defined processes and procedures
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a small team
