StreetGames is a fast-moving and innovative national charity with a sector-leading reputation for delivering sport and physical activity on the doorstep of underserved communities.
Our aim is to help young people and communities enjoy lives that are healthier, safer, and more successful through sport and physical activity.
To do that, we work with community organisations to engage young people from lower socio-economic groups through sport and physical activity at the right time, in the right place, at the right price, in the right style, and through the right people.
You will work as part of the StreetGames team in Midlands with a focus on Leicester City.
Responsibilities include network development, workforce development, having a granular knowledge of the City and identifying opportunities for both the network and StreetGames.
Ongoing duties include regular communication with the Midlands Place team, maintaining the network intelligence sheet, working closely with network partners.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a proactive, organised and community-focused individual who is passionate about creating positive opportunities for young people. You will have a strong understanding of local communities, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. You will be confident engaging with community partners, meeting deadlines, maintaining accurate records, and using Microsoft Office applications. A flexible, solutions-focused approach, together with a commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality and data protection, is essential.
