About Six Nations Rugby

Six Nations Rugby is a leading global rights holder driving the growth of international rugby by creating lasting impact for its unions, partners, players, and fans through a world-class portfolio of tournaments and events.

Owned by its six shareholder Unions and Federations, Six Nations Rugby is responsible for developing, managing, commercialising, and optimising its media, sponsorship, and event rights. In doing so, Six Nations Rugby expands the global reach of the sport, connects millions of fans around the world with unforgettable experiences, and delivers long-term value for the game.

The Six Nations Rugby portfolio includes one of the most iconic events in global sport; the Guinness Men’s Six Nations, the biggest annual occasion in women’s rugby; the Guinness Women’s Six Nations, and vital development competitions, the U20 Six Nations, U21 Women’s Six Nations Summer Series, and U18 Six Nations Festivals.

The roster of elite international men’s rugby tournaments owned and operated by Six Nations Rugby also includes the Autumn Nations Series, and Summer Nations Series.

The Nations Championship is the new biennial international rugby tournament created through a landmark joint venture between Six Nations Rugby and SAZAAR. The tournament takes place every two years and enhances the existing July and November international chapters of the rugby calendar, transforming them into a single cohesive, competitive tournament format, that culminates in the Nations Championship Finals weekend, where a winning Nation and Hemisphere group is decided, to define the balance of power in global rugby.

Six Nations Rugby is a global business, with offices in London and Dublin, but its operations span both hemispheres and its tournaments and events reach fans in over 180 international markets.
