Shrewsbury Town are looking for a Part-Time Goalkeeping Coach to join their Academy Coaching Department.
The Role
Working as part of the coaching team and primarily supporting the Head of Academy Goalkeeping, you will plan, deliver and review sessions in line with the club’s playing and coaching philosophies, liaise with part-time and full-time staff and complete off-pitch work to deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Academy Goalkeeping with goalkeeping provision
- Plan, deliver and review goalkeeping sessions in line with the club’s philosophies
- Liaise with part-time and full-time Academy staff
- Complete all off-pitch activities to deadlines
- Commit to your own continuing professional development
About You
- UEFA B Licence GK and Outfield (or working towards)
- FA Youth Awards, FA Level 2 Emergency First Aid and FA Safeguarding Children Award
- Honest, reliable, well organised and able to perform under pressure
- A full driving licence
- FA Advanced Youth Award, UEFA A Licence GK, academy experience, EPPP knowledge and Kitman Labs experience are desirable
