The Vacancy

Help shape the future of women’s performance rugby through world-class nutrition support.

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Women’s Pathway Nutritionist to support players and key stakeholders across our Women’s Performance Pathway.

Working with guidance from the Head of Nutrition, you will deliver an evidence-informed, player-centred nutrition service that helps accelerate player development, supports performance, and builds positive nutrition habits that will benefit players throughout their careers.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide nutrition support to players within the Women’s Performance Pathway.
  • Work closely with the Head of Nutrition to deliver a consistent, evidence-informed service.
  • Support players to develop strong, sustainable nutrition habits.
  • Deliver practical education sessions, resources, and one-to-one guidance.
  • Collaborate with coaches, medical, physical performance, and wider multidisciplinary teams.
  • Contribute to an environment that supports player development, wellbeing, and performance.
  • Help translate nutrition science into clear, accessible, and actionable advice.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic about athlete development and passionate about supporting women and girls in performance sport.

You will bring:

  • Knowledge of sports nutrition principles and their application in performance environments.
  • An evidence-informed and player-centred approach.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate players and staff.
  • The ability to build positive working relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
  • A practical, flexible, and solutions-focused mindset.
  • A commitment to supporting the development, wellbeing, and performance of female athletes.
