The Vacancy
Do you enjoy building great relationships and delivering standout partner experiences? Scottish Rugby is looking for a proactive and commercially-minded Partnership & Licensing Account Manager to help revenue by delivering sponsor rights, upselling and renewing partnerships across the business.

What you will be doing:
- Overseeing the successful delivery of rights and benefits for assigned accounts
- Supporting strategies to renew, upsell, and expand partner relationships
- Collaborating with teams across the business to create impactful partner activations
- Managing licensee accounts, helping to bring our range to life and monitoring the market for counterfeit products
What we’re looking for:
- Strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- Knowledge of sponsorship rights, licensing processes, brand governance and IP protection is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with the confidence to represent Scottish Rugby internally and externally
