The Vacancy

As part of the MNT Performance Analysis team you will deliver a best‑in‑class applied performance analysis service that supports a highly driven international coaching team and playing group. This role will be integral to the provision of comprehensive analytical support before, during, and after competition, including the delivery of detailed opposition insights. You will also be responsible for ongoing research into innovative analytical methodologies and for contributing to the growth and development of an ambitious and progressive performance analysis department

What you will be doing:

  • Deliver a high‑quality applied performance analysis service to support coaches and players
  • Provide comprehensive analytical support before, during, and after competitions, including detailed opposition insights
  • Conduct ongoing research into innovative analytical tools, methods, and approaches
  • Contribute to the growth and continuous development of a progressive performance analysis department

What we’re looking for:

  • Expertise in delivering high‑quality applied performance analysis within a high‑performance sporting environment.
  • Strong ability to provide comprehensive analytical support across all competition phases, including opposition analysis.
  • Experience researching and applying innovative analytical tools, methods, and technologies.
  • Capability to contribute to the growth and development of a forward‑thinking performance analysis department.
