We are looking for a High Performance Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the efficient running of High Performance programmes. If you are passionate about rugby operations, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a desire to grow, we want to hear from you.
What you will be doing:
- Act as the first point of contact for players, coaches, and management teams regarding operational matters.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all travel, accommodation, , and logistics for training camps, fixtures, and tournaments.
- Ensure all operations comply with competition regulations, eligibility rules, safeguarding, and welfare policies.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience and evidence in planning and organising group travel, ideally as sports teams.
- Track record of positively engaging with stakeholders
- Ability to proactively manage workload and meet conflicting deadlines.
