We’re looking for a proactive and hands‑on Facilities & Operations Assistant to help keep Scottish Gas Murrayfield and our wider sites looking their best. If you enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, take pride in high standards, and want to play a key part in delivering world‑class events, this could be the role for you.
As Facilities & Operations Assistant, you can expect to take the lead on coordinating various team duties across the stadium.
What you will be doing:
- Support daily operations across the stadium and other Scottish Rugby sites, helping ensure facilities are maintained to a high standard.
- Assist with event preparation, setup, delivery, and post‑event turnaround to create exceptional experiences for all visitors.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly.
- Contribute to safe working practices by following health & safety procedures and supporting compliance activities.
What we’re looking for:
- A positive, adaptable team player with great communication and customer service skills.
- Someone who enjoys practical, hands‑on work and is comfortable working indoors and outdoors, sometimes in challenging weather.
- A problem‑solver with good judgement who can take initiative and support operational needs across a variety of tasks.
