The Vacancy

Fixed term contract up to 8 months

Be the voice behind every fan touchpoint. We're looking for a Digital Marketing and CRM Specialist to help make that happen. You'll be the hands-on support running the website, email, and CRM, turning strategy into engaging, high-performing experiences that keep our fans close and support our commercial goals. If you love detail, data and sport in equal measure, this is your kind of role.

What you will be doing:

  • Managing the website: keeping it accurate, timely and engaging, and optimised for SEO and GEO visibility, working alongside Communications and Marketing colleagues to bring campaigns to life.
  • Building and deploying email and CRM campaigns: from segmentation and personalisation to automated lifecycle journeys, testing and refining as you go to boost engagement and conversion, all while keeping our data clean and GDPR-compliant.
  • Delivering and optimising paid and owned digital campaigns: making sure assets, messaging, tracking and targeting are spot on and live on time, with always-on activity running smoothly alongside bigger campaign moments.
  • Turning insight into action: monitoring performance across web, email, CRM and paid channels, spotting trends and opportunities, and supporting digital projects and platform developments from testing through to launch.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven digital marketing experience across website, email, CRM and paid media, with strong CMS skills
  • Experience building email campaigns and automated journeys in a platform like Braze (preferred) or a comparable marketing automation tool, with a solid understanding of segmentation, personalisation and testing
  • An analytical, curious mindset with sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Great people skills, someone who can confidently manage stakeholders using clear communication
