In this Coach Development Manager role, you'll take the lead in shaping the future of coaching, overseeing and quality-assuring development programmes, qualifications and workshops. This is your opportunity to make a lasting difference.
What you will be doing:
- Leading and shaping the future of coach development - developing the national coach learning pathway through qualification, workshops and e-learning.
- Driving quality assurance and workforce development, ensuring everyone meets and drives standards.
- Building strong partnerships to create initiatives that inspire others and promotes inclusivity, including growing and supporting the number of female coaches across the game.
What we’re looking for:
- An exceptional communicator and relationship builder that can inspire, influence and connect with people at every level.
- A self-motivated and organised individual that can thrive in a dynamic environment.
- An experience leader in coach development, with a strong background in rugby development and hands on experience of delivering learning programmes.
