The Vacancy
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and ensuring smooth operations at major events? Scottish Rugby is looking for a dynamic Accreditation Manager to lead our accreditation processes across all venues, including our professional teams—Glasgow Warriors and Edinburgh Rugby.
As Accreditation Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that everyone arriving onsite—whether for match days, concerts, or other events—has a seamless and secure experience. You’ll lead the Accreditation Team, manage stakeholder relationships, and oversee logistics including parking and access systems.
What you will be doing:
- Leadership & Strategy: Drive accreditation strategy aligned with business goals.
- Stadium Management: Coordinate with departments on venue access, car park closures, and internal communications.
- Team Management: Develop resourcing plans and foster a supportive team culture.
- Budget Planning: Manage the accreditation budget effectively.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with third-party promoters to deliver tailored access solutions.
