The Vacancy
Are you organised, adaptable, and passionate about delivering seamless event experiences? Scottish Rugby is seeking an enthusiastic Accreditation Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality stadium access and match day accreditation across our venues—including Scottish Gas Murrayfield, Hive Stadium, and Scotstoun Stadium.
As Accreditation Coordinator, you’ll be a key player in ensuring smooth operations for both Scottish Rugby and third-party events. From planning and system setup to match day delivery, you’ll help create a secure and welcoming environment for all attendees.
What you will be doing:
- Lead match day accreditation for Pro Team games and other events
- Manage accreditation centres and ad-hoc projects
- Monitor the Accreditation inbox and escalate queries
- Support the creation of event-specific accreditation reports
- Support parking coordination and event build planning
- Assist with stadium access systems and Gatehouse operations
- Maintain accurate databases and deputise for the Accreditation Manager

- Event and security planning knowledge (advantageous but not essential)
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends throughout the year
