This is a rare opportunity to define the voice and drive the commercial growth of one of the world’s most respected rugby clubs, at a pivotal moment following our recent rebrand.

At Saracens, elite performance meets innovation, ambition and deep community roots. As Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in delivering campaigns that directly impact revenue, fan growth and brand engagement across the club.

You’ll lead integrated marketing campaigns across ticketing, hospitality, memberships, fan growth and venue hire - transforming club assets into high-impact commercial outcomes. From player-led storytelling and premium experiences to major event campaigns and partner activations, your work will bring supporters closer to the personalities behind the badge.

You’ll also have unique access to first-team players and coaches, using their stories and influence to create standout campaigns that differentiate Saracens in a competitive sports and entertainment landscape.

Leading a team of three across campaign delivery, content and CRM, you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution - shaping direction while ensuring excellence in delivery.
