Saracens is seeking a dynamic, organised, and highly capable Marketing Manager to provide maternity cover. This a core role in the in-house marketing team, responsible for driving awareness, growth, and revenue across the group product portfolio.

It is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial sports and events organisation and contribute to the continued growth of one of the world’s leading rugby brands.

Working as part of the in-house marketing team, you will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive fan engagement, brand visibility, and commercial performance.

You will support a diverse portfolio of products including Ticketing, Memberships, Hospitality, Venue Sales, and Next Gen initiatives, considering channels including CRM, paid media, digital, content, and media.

This role requires strategic insight, creative thinking, and strong analytical capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hospitality Marketing Lead
  • Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns for seven hospitality products, driving both match-by-match and seasonal sales.
  • Deliver lead generation campaigns for fixtures at StoneX Stadium and for The Showdown at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
  • Venue Marketing Lead
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive 360° marketing calendar to promote non-rugby venue hire at StoneX Stadium.
  • Drive lead generation for conferences, events, and celebrations, targeting both individual and corporate clients.
  • Next Gen Marketing Lead
  • Manage the Next Gen marketing team to deliver campaigns aimed at community clubs, schools, universities, social groups, and London-based influencers.
  • Grow the 16–30-year-old fan base through targeted and innovative engagement
  • The Showdown Campaign
  • Lead the delivery of The Showdown 6 marketing campaign, covering CRM, paid media, influencer strategy, communications, and content.
  • Drive both general admission and hospitality ticket sales while contributing to strategic planning for The Showdown 7.
    2026/27 Seasonal Membership Campaigns
  • Deliver renewal and acquisition campaigns for the 26/27 Seasonal Membership programme, ensuring strong conversion and retention.

Skills & Experience Requirement

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled marketer with the following preferred experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Marketing Manager or in a comparable marketing role, with exposure to product marketing, CRM, paid media, brand management, and
  • Degree in a relevant field or CIM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., DotDigital, Salesforce).
  • Experience managing website content (e.g., WordPress).
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Competence in Adobe Creative Suite—particularly Illustrator and/or Photoshop—is preferred
