We're looking for a Dance Delivery Officer to join the Saracens Foundation team.
The Saracens Foundation was founded in 2000 and is the charitable arm of Saracens Rugby Club. Over the last 25 years, we have invested millions of pounds on delivering a variety of social impact projects to our local community using sport and physical activity as the tools for positive engagement.

JOB TITLE: Dance Delivery Officer
LOCATION: StoneX Stadium, NW4 1RL
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent, Full Time
RESPONSIB REPORTS TO: Project Manager
SALARY: £25,000
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Dance Delivery Officer is responsible for planning and delivering high-quality community projects and activities that engage participants, achieve project outcomes and positively represent the Saracens Foundation within the local community.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Programme Delivery
Deliver high-quality and engaging sessions.
Adapt delivery styles to meet the needs of different beneficiaries.
Ensure sessions are inclusive, engaging and participant focused.
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health & safety and professionalism always.
Participant Engagement
Build positive relationships with participants, teachers, parents and community stakeholders.
Support participants’ personal development, confidence and wellbeing.
Act as a positive role model and brand ambassador for the Saracens Foundation.
Monitoring & Reporting
Accurately record attendance, outcomes and impact data using Upshot.
Support the collection of participant feedback and evaluation data.
Assist Project Managers with evidencing project impact for funders and partners.
Operational Support
Assist with project planning and logistics.
Support event delivery, activations and community engagement activities.
Support wider organisational initiatives and campaigns.
Partnership Working
Develop positive relationships with external stakeholders.
Represent the organisation professionally at meetings and events.
Support collaborative working across departments and projects.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
The successful candidate will possess the following:
Skills – Essential
Dance degree or equivalent.
Experience delivering community sport, mentorships or movement sessions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and motivate a wide range of beneficiaries.
Extremely organised with fantastic time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Competent using Microsoft Office.
Understanding of safeguarding and health & safety responsibilities.
Flexible approach to evening and weekend work.
Full UK Driving License & access to a vehicle.
Skills – Desirable
Experience working within the charity or sports sector.
First Aid qualification.

Compensation
Dependant on the charity’s financial performance, the Saracens Foundation may conduct an annual pay review. However, proactive pay increases may be implemented to reflect growing responsibilities.
Working from home
We all work from the office on Mondays and Thursdays (timetable dependant). This keeps team collaboration and engagement high.
If you are normally office-based, you can still work from home occasionally - as long as you have a good internet connection and a private, quiet space which allows you to do your best work.
