About the Role:
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator supports the planning and execution of integrated communications and marketing initiatives aligned with Rugby Canada’s National Growth Plan and sport development strategies.
The role requires strong hands-on experience using HubSpot for campaign execution and PlayHQ (or a similar sport registration system) for registration-related communications, as well as fluency in both English and French.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational Marketing & Communications
• Coordinate communications and marketing efforts across departments supporting governance, member services, coach development, officiating, registration, and grassroots growth
• Develop and implement campaigns aligned with Rugby Canada’s National Growth Plan and sport development strategies
• Work closely with internal teams and Provincial Unions to highlight collaborative initiatives and community success stories that reflect our One Squad approach
• Maintain an editorial calendar in Monday.com, tracking key events, deadlines, and milestones
• Support campaign development, execution, and tracking using HubSpot
