Rochdale AFC is recruiting part-time Age Group Coaches for its academy’s Foundation and Youth Development Phase age groups.
The Role
You will plan, deliver and review coaching sessions in line with the club’s playing and coaching philosophy, supporting the technical, tactical, physical, psychological and social development of academy players.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and review sessions aligned with the club’s philosophy
- Prepare players for academy fixtures, festivals and tournaments
- Contribute to Individual Learning Plans and player reviews
- Work with academy coaching, sports science, medical and player care staff
- Monitor player wellbeing, behaviour and safeguarding
- Keep accurate attendance, session and development records
About You
- UEFA B Licence
- EFAiF
- Child safeguarding certificate
- In-date DBS
- Able to work evenings, weekends and matchdays
