  • Support the build, calibration and validation of sensors, wiring assemblies and electronic hardware used across test and race environments.
  • Maintain accurate records, test reports and documentation while following established procedures and technical specifications.
  • Assist Engineers and Technicians across the department, contributing to continuous improvement and reliable delivery in a fast‑paced environment.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working as a technician within high‑level motorsport or the aviation industry (licensed or equivalent), with a strong focus on precision and compliance.
  • Solid understanding of electrical fundamentals, sensor theory and basic electronics, with confidence in diagnosing issues.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) and able to quickly learn bespoke software and test applications used within RBT.
  • Methodical, detail‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to follow technical instructions accurately.

At Red Bull Technology, we’re more than a Formula 1 team - we’re a high-performance innovation hub, pushing the limits of what’s possible. We thrive on big ambitions, bold engineering, and a relentless drive to win.

Our success is built on trust, collaboration, and the belief that the best ideas come from those who dare to challenge the norm.

Alongside a competitive salary, you’ll enjoy:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Private healthcare
  • A pension scheme
  • On-site gym
  • Free daily food allowance
  • And many more!

But above all, you’ll be part of a world-class team, powering cutting-edge technology and driving championship-winning cars. Ready to take on the challenge? Apply now and be part of the future of F1.

At Red Bull Racing & Technology, we believe our greatest strength is our people. We celebrate every success - together - and know that trust and collaboration are what drive us forward as one team.
