At Red Bull Racing & Technology, we don’t just compete - we innovate, disrupt, and push beyond the limits of performance. We are driven by relentless ambition, cutting-edge technology, and the determination to win at every level.

We’re looking for someone to provide proactive, collaborative Quality Engineering support across Electronics Procurement, Test, Inspection, and suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality parts.

You will build strong relationships while promoting a robust quality assurance approach, supporting and challenging suppliers to improve performance and capability.
You’ll also work closely with the Electronics Build Quality Engineer to develop and implement enhanced quality assurance processes across the department.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Deliver quality assurance strategies for the external electronics supply chain in line with leadership direction.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report supplier quality performance using data-driven and statistical methods.
  • Manage NCRs and supplier issues, ensuring timely resolution through structured problem-solving.
  • Support supplier improvement, risk reduction, and non-conformance resolution in partnership with procurement.
  • Plan and conduct supplier audits, driving risk mitigation and performance improvement.
  • Collaborate across teams to support design for manufacture and ensure quality is built into processes and systems.
  • Act as the customer voice to suppliers, driving performance and strengthening relationships.
  • Support onboarding, capability assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives across internal and external processes.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience in electronics manufacturing engineering or quality, with a strong electronics background.
  • Proven use of preventative quality tools (DFM, SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plans) and structured problem-solving methods (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Is/Is Not).
  • Understanding of inspection techniques and equipment, with auditing experience desirable.
  • The ability to work collaboratively across all levels, building strong relationships with internal teams and suppliers while demonstrating the organisation’s behavioural values.
  • Excellent communication skills, ensuring stakeholders across the business are informed and engaged.

At Red Bull Technology, we’re more than a Formula 1 team - we’re a high-performance innovation hub, pushing the limits of what’s possible. We thrive on big ambitions, bold engineering, and a relentless drive to win.

Our success is built on trust, collaboration, and the belief that the best ideas come from those who dare to challenge the norm.

Alongside a competitive salary, you’ll enjoy:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Private healthcare
  • A pension scheme
  • On-site gym
  • Free daily food allowance
  • And many more!

But above all, you’ll be part of a world-class team, powering cutting-edge technology and driving championship-winning cars.
