Housing Officer– Racing Homes
At Racing Homes, we’re proud to provide safe, affordable housing for people who work in or are retired from the horseracing industry. We're looking for someone who’s passionate about making a difference to join us as our Housing Officer.
Racing Homes, part of Racing Welfare, provides high-quality, safe, and affordable housing for people working in or retired from the horseracing and breeding industry. We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Housing Officer to join our team to cover a maternity absence. This is a key role within a small team where you’ll have real impact, helping us improve our services, support tenants, and keep everything running smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
This role requires travel to our housing schemes in Newmarket, Malton, Middleham, Berkshire and Epsom, with flexibility to work some evenings and weekends.
About you
We’re looking for someone who’s organised, thoughtful and up for a challenge. You don’t need to know everything on day one, but here’s what will help:
It would also be desirable if you have a housing qualification, are a member of a professional body (CIH, ARLA, NHF).
