The Queensland Rugby Football League is the governing body for rugby league in Queensland. It is a member of the Australian Rugby League Commission and selects the members of the Queensland rugby league team.
Our Community Rugby League team is looking for an outstanding individual to join us as a Club Support Coordinator.
We’re seeking someone with a strong operational understanding of the community sports environment, not just a passion for the on-field action. At QRL, Rugby League is more than a game. You’ll help unite and inspire people through lifelong engagement in Rugby League. From grassroots community clubs to the elite level, you’ll champion the game’s impact across Queensland and support the growth of a vibrant, connected and inclusive Rugby League community.
What you’ll do on a day-to-day:
As a Club Support Coordinator, you’ll play a hands-on role in strengthening clubs and communities. You’ll support clubs to build strong foundations, develop strategic plans, and deliver great Rugby League experiences for players, volunteers, and their communities. Working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, you’ll help clubs meet their operational and governance responsibilities while promoting the positive impact they make.

ROLE SPECS
This is a permanent full-time position. The salary for this position is $73,510 plus superannuation. QRL remunerate based on the position requirements to ensure gender pay equity in sport. We offer 4 weeks annual leave and 1 week of refresh leave throughout the season as well as hybrid working arrangements.
