Trent Bridge, home of Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club, is looking for two enthusiastic Housekeepers to join its housekeeping team.
The Role
Working within the existing team and reporting to the Housekeeper Supervisor, you will help maintain the venue seating, concourses, buildings and offices to a very high standard of cleanliness.
The roles are 30 hours a week, 7am to 1pm Monday to Friday. Due to the seasonal nature of the venue’s events programme, hours may vary at times of the year and will include some evening and weekend work.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep all areas of Trent Bridge to high standards of cleanliness
- Maintain health and safety standards at all times
- Clean, maintain and store equipment correctly
- Deal with customer requests promptly and courteously
- Build good working relationships with staff across all departments
- Cover the full-time role for holidays, sickness or busy periods when required
About You
- Recent experience in a housekeeping environment
- Able to operate machinery safely and follow health and safety procedures
- Understanding of COSHH and manual handling (certificates desirable)
- Able to identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Able to work alone and as part of a team, using your own initiative
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy, with good attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and cover holidays and sickness
