Northampton Town Football Club is looking to recruit a Part-Time Goalkeeper Coach to work with its Under 9–16 goalkeepers.
The Role
You will oversee an age-specific goalkeeping programme for U9–U16 players, working within a multidisciplinary team and reporting back to the Lead Phase Coach.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and deliver an age-specific goalkeeping syllabus for U9–U16 players
- Make sure each goalkeeper has an Individual Learning Plan that is monitored and reviewed
- Assist the Head of Coach Development and Lead Phase Coaches with ILPs
- Complete online reviews and assessments of players and sessions
- Keep accurate player records and session plans on the FIP
About You
- UEFA B Goalkeeper Coaching Licence and UEFA B Licence
- FA Level 2 Emergency First Aid in Football and FA Youth Award (Modules 1–3)
- Proven coaching experience and the ability to differentiate by ability and development stage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work evenings and weekends
- DBS check required
