Middlesex FA is looking for a Women’s Community Football Officer to develop and grow women’s and teenage girls’ football across Middlesex.
The Role
You will lead the development of community football opportunities, focusing on increasing participation within targeted communities through sessional and team-based formats including walking football, small-sided football, flexi leagues and Just Play.
Women’s and girls’ football is a key priority in Middlesex FA’s 2024–2028 strategy, and you will work with clubs, leagues, community organisations, local authorities, schools and other partners to remove barriers and engage under-represented groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the growth of women’s and teenage girls’ community football across targeted areas of Middlesex
- Build partnerships with clubs, leagues, local authorities, community organisations, schools, Active Partnerships and other stakeholders
- Champion inclusion and develop sustainable opportunities that respond to local needs
- Monitor, evaluate and report on impact, ensuring compliance with FA strategies, policies and safeguarding requirements

- Location: Office/home based (Middlesex FA HQ, UB5 5FA) with regular travel across the county
- Contract: Permanent, full time
