What We Typically Look For
Successful candidates for these roles often bring:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related discipline
- Experience in tyre performance engineering, tyre development, vehicle performance or a related motorsport engineering function
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify meaningful performance opportunities
- A solid grounding in engineering fundamentals, mechanics and numerical methods
- Experience working in Formula 1, elite motorsport or another high-performance engineering environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical departments
- A proactive, curious and innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- The ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where attention to detail matters
