The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Assistant Manager & Supply Chain to ensure the product flow/placement achieves maximum sales.
- Plan and develop merchandising strategies to hit launch dates and balance company’s objectives
- Analyse sales figures, customer reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges.
- Maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
- Produce layout plans and maintain store stock and inventory.
- Produce weekly trade reports to share with wider business.
- Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes.
- Work with Megastore salesfloor team to develop store standards through training guides and guidance on launch projects.
