The Purpose:
We are seeking a commercially minded and data-driven E-commerce Growth & Activation Lead to accelerate traffic and conversion for the club’s online store.
Reporting into the Head of Brand & Consumer Marketing this position will translate the club’s marketing, brand and CRM strategies into high-impact e-commerce activations that drive performance against trading and revenue targets.
This role will ensure that marketing and trading efforts work in complete sync — enabling faster, smarter and more effective campaigns that are audience-led, product-aligned and executed efficiently across all paid, owned and earned channels. The role will create short-term impact and drive sustainable growth across e-commerce.
The Role:
This is a hands-on, executional leadership role focused on turning audience insights and trading priorities into performance marketing plans that deliver measurable results.
You’ll ensure that all e-comm marketing activity is data-informed, aligned to audience priorities and optimised for both short-term revenue and long-term customer value.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Translate brand strategies into e-commerce-specific activation plans that drive traffic and sales.
- Develop and manage an integrated campaign calendar for ecomm across paid, owned and CRM channels in partnership with Brand, CRM, Product, Content and Trading teams.
- Brief and deliver creative assets and messaging in line with the club’s brand identity and trading priorities.
- Coordinate with Product and Trading to ensure campaigns focus on in-stock, high-margin products.
Performance Optimisation
- Track daily and weekly performance against traffic, ROAS and conversion goals.
- Identify optimisation opportunities across creative, audience targeting and channel mix.
- Partner with the Paid Media agency and CRM team to refine audience segmentation, messaging cadence and spend efficiency.
- Support the rollout and adoption of AI-driven creative and testing tools to scale and automate campaign performance.
Audience & Data Integration
- Work closely with the CRM and Data teams to apply segmentation insights and propensity modelling to e-commerce campaigns.
- Feed campaign results back into audience and product alignment models to continually improve precision and efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the day-to-day marketing contact for the Trading team, ensuring full alignment between marketing and commercial goals.
- Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to maintain and execute consistent tone, look, and feel across all touchpoints.
- Contribute to integrated reporting that connects marketing performance metrics (traffic, ROAS, etc) with commercial KPIs (revenue, margin, stock turnover).
The Person:
Experience
- • 7+ years’ experience in performance marketing, growth or e-commerce campaign management within a fast-paced consumer or retail environment.
- Proven success delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable commercial impact.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing performance metrics and analytics tools
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Brand, CRM, creative, product and trading teams

- Hands-on campaign operator who can manage detail without losing sight of strategy.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator — able to influence across departments and translate data into actionable insights.
