We are scaling our premium soccer hospitality and experiences business across the United States, and we need a high-output sales professional to lead from the front – this is not an account management role.

Your Impact.

  • Owning and delivering premium hospitality revenue across the U.S. market.
  • Hunting and converting new business opportunities — corporate clients, agencies and high-net-worth buyers.
  • Building a strong, self-generated pipeline through outreach, networking and referrals.
  • Leading the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation to close.
  • Hosting prospects and clients to drive deal progression and repeat business.
  • Maintaining disciplined CRM management, forecasting accuracy and activity levels.
  • Working closely with UK-based teams to ensure premium delivery and long-term client value.

Your performance will be measured on revenue growth, pipeline strength and conversion rates.

What we are looking for.

  • A proven revenue producer with 3-5+ years in premium, high-value or B2B sales.
  • A consistent overachiever – you don’t just hit targets, you exceed them.
  • Comfortable opening doors, handling objections and closing decisively.
  • Confident selling to senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Commercially sharp – you understand margins, positioning and value.
  • Structured and accountable – strong CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy.
  • Energised by competition and motivated by performance-based reward.

Compensation.

This exempt position offers an estimated annual base salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 and is not overtime eligible.

This is a performance-driven sales role with commission eligibility. On-target earnings (OTE) are structured to reward revenue achievement, with total compensation directly aligned to individual performance. High performers will have meaningful upside through consistent delivery against sales targets.

Final compensation offers are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including demonstrated skill set, depth of relevant experience and other role-specific considerations. We welcome open and transparent conversations about compensation during our initial discussions.
