As Concierge Protocol Executive, you’ll manage and optimise hospitality and general admission allocations for MCFC and Co-op Live, ensuring maximum utilisation and minimal wastage. You’ll also play a key role in supporting home matches and live events.

Your Impact

1. Allocation & Inventory Management

  • Develop and maintain an internal inventory log to track ticket usage by department.
  • Implement processes to release unused allocations promptly for reallocation.
  • Manage ticket holding and distribution for each event in a timely and organised manner.
  • Support the business in developing ticketing strategies for key fixtures and events.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor ticket usage and generate utilisation reports.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of demand and usage, identifying patterns, trends, and efficiency opportunities.

3. Process Design & Governance

  • Create and implement consistent request processes across all departments.
  • Ensure full visibility of inventory usage and track usage to inform future decisions.
  • Establish guiding principles for internal allocations.
  • Encourage forward planning by departments to optimise inventory management.

4. Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to influence effective allocation decisions.
  • Collaborate with Co-op Live teams and other key internal departments.

5. Guest Experience & Protocol Liaison

  • Ensure suitable invitees are in Protocol areas and maximize introductions to support business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between internal allocations and the Protocol team to enhance business benefits.

6. Event Ticketing Expertise

  • Maintain knowledge of current pricing models for Co-op Live boxes including Etihad inventory.
  • Support departments in planning requests aligned with business objectives.
  • Reallocate unused tickets for internal rewards, staff incentives, supplier engagement, or sales opportunities.

What we are looking for

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, confident working with senior stakeholders
  • High-level of IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong administrative skills and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Knowledge of multiple ticketing systems (GA, Co-opLive, Links and Hospitality)
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Flexible, proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Team player with a collaborative helpful and ‘can do’ attitude
  • Individual and team approach to work
