The Role

As Matchday Marketing Manager, you will plan, coordinate and deliver integrated campaigns that support matchday attendance, fan engagement and commercial outcomes across football fixtures, concerts and major stadium events. Working within the strategy set by the Matchday Marketing leadership team, you will help turn audience insight and campaign priorities into clear, joined-up activity across multiple channels and touchpoints.

This includes coordinating campaigns across digital, CRM, social, web and paid media, ensuring activity is delivered on time, within agreed parameters and in line with operational requirements and brand standards.

Collaboration will be central to the role. You will work closely with CRM, Content, Social Media, Digital, Data and Insights, Commercial, Product, Operations, Activations and external partners where needed. You will also monitor campaign performance, use insight and feedback to support continuous improvement, and help ensure the wider matchday experience is presented consistently and effectively to new and existing audiences.

⚽ Ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, approvals and priorities in a well-organised and collaborative way.

⚽ Understanding of fan engagement, audience growth and customer-focused marketing activity.

⚽ Clear and effective communication skills, with experience working across internal teams, stakeholders and external partners.
