Based in Manchester, this permanent, full-time role offers the opportunity to shape and lead the marketing for Medlock Square's portfolio of world-class visitor attractions. You will lead integrated marketing campaigns for the award-winning Manchester City Stadium Tour, the new immersive Museum Experience, and an exciting new roof walk adventure at the Etihad Stadium, featuring a sky walk, zipline and abseil. Working at the heart of one of Manchester's most exciting new destinations, you will play a pivotal role in driving visitor numbers, audience engagement and commercial performance, helping to establish Medlock Square as a year-round leisure and tourism destination.

The Role

As Marketing Manager (Attractions), you will propose and deliver integrated marketing activity across multiple channels and business areas. Working with the Head of Medlock Square Marketing & Activations, you will help ensure marketing campaigns are of the highest creative standard and resonate with a range of audiences, including City fans, international tourists and regional visitors.

You will lead engaging campaigns across digital, CRM, social, web, video and on-site channels, supporting seasonal promotions, destination campaigns and commercial initiatives. This will include managing campaign timelines, assets, approvals and operational information so that activity is delivered on time and to the best standard.

Collaboration will be central to the role. You will work closely with teams across operations, CRM, content, social media, creative, data and insights, as well as external partners where required. You will also support campaign reporting, post-campaign reviews and the use of performance insight to improve future activity.

What You’ll Bring

⚽ Proven success delivering integrated marketing campaigns for visitor attractions, leisure destinations, tourism or experience-led brands that drove visitor numbers, revenue and audience engagement.

⚽ Experience developing campaigns across digital, CRM, social media, web, paid media, PR and on-site channels to reach a range of audiences, including local, regional and international visitors.

⚽ A creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling campaign concepts and content that inspire people to visit.

⚽ Strong project management skills, with experience coordinating multiple campaigns, stakeholders, budgets, timelines and creative approvals simultaneously.

⚽ Experience working collaboratively with operational teams, commercial stakeholders, creative agencies and specialist marketing functions to deliver shared business objectives.

⚽ Confidence using customer, market and campaign performance data to evaluate success, optimise activity and inform future marketing decisions.
⚽ Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across departments and with external partners.

⚽ Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
