As a Laundry Assistant, you will be Responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of all Laundry services. We are looking for a dedicated and reliable individual to be responsible for ensuring that all laundry services meet the highest standards, aligned with CFG's expectations. You will cover various shift hours as needed, oversee the maintenance of all laundry equipment, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards to ensure team success.

Your Impact

  • Ensure Exceptional Laundry Standards: Guarantee that all laundry services are consistently delivered to the highest quality standards, in full alignment with CFG's operational requirements and expectations.
  • Shift Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility and commitment by covering all assigned shifts and rota hours as needed, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Equipment Maintenance & Oversight: Take responsibility for the regular maintenance, functionality, and upkeep of all laundry machines and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
  • Business Meeting Participation: Actively attend and contribute to all relevant meetings as required by the business, providing valuable input and ensuring alignment with the teams operational objectives.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Uphold and enforce rigorous health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment at all times and adherence to all regulatory requirements.

What we are looking for

Essential

  • Effective time management and planning skills in order to be able to work around fixed deadlines.
  • Proven experience within a laundry environment.
  • To be able to adapt to a football driven environment.
  • To work a flexible working shift pattern (37.5 hours over a 7 day rota).
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Strong Team Player
  • Highly self-motivated with a drive to achieve and deliver results

Desirable

  • Recognised First Aid Qualification.
  • PC Literate.
