The Role

Reporting to the Head of First Team Operations for MCWFC, you will manage a broad range of activity that underpins the football programme, while helping to develop a personalised and proactive player-support service. Your work will have a direct impact on how effectively players, families and staff experience the Club day to day.

You will take operational ownership of designated home and away fixtures, domestic and international travel, training and team logistics. This includes coordinating transport, accommodation and match-day requirements, anticipating changing needs, working with suppliers and resolving issues so activity is delivered safely, smoothly and to agreed Club and competition standards.

Alongside this, you will coordinate player onboarding and transition, relocation, administration, compliance and lifestyle support, acting as a trusted point of contact for players and their families. You will work across Club departments and with the wider multidisciplinary team to support family engagement, team activities, accurate records and appropriate safeguarding, welfare and security processes, escalating significant concerns when needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience delivering personalised operational or individual support services within elite sport, a high-performance environment or another complex setting.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of operational activity and coordinate delivery across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, anticipate requirements and adapt to change.
  • Experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel, matchday activity or related logistics.
  • Accurate administrative skills and attention to detail, including maintaining records and working to defined processes and deadlines.
  • Clear and effective interpersonal and communication skills, with sound judgement, discretion and cultural sensitivity when supporting players, families and colleagues.
