Purpose
As part of CFG’s North Stand development, this role plays a key part in delivering a world-class entertainment and leisure destination at the Etihad Campus.
The Fan Technology Systems Manager will lead the operation and optimisation of critical Catering & Events technology, including EPoS (Electronic Point of Sale), Event & Venue Management and Reservation Systems, ensuring seamless performance across day-to-day operations and major events such as matches and concerts.
Acting as the technical lead on major projects, the successful candidate will drive system reliability, innovation, and continuous improvement, contributing directly to CFG’s ambition of delivering an exceptional experience for every guest and fan.
This role requires a flexible approach, with work during evenings and weekends to support events across the Etihad Campus.

Your Impact
1. Oversee the day-to-day performance and support of Catering & Events technology systems, including EPoS, Restaurant Reservation, Event Management, and Event Booking, with a focus on public restaurants within the Entertainment District.
2. Ensure system reliability and operational readiness for major events, including matchdays and concerts, through comprehensive pre-event checks and proactive support during live operations.
3. Lead system deployments and software updates, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with operational needs.
4. Conduct regular system administration and data quality reviews, driving continuous improvement in accuracy and efficiency.
5. Create and maintain support documentation and best-practice guides, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Manage vendor relationships, coordinating issue escalation, feature development, and ongoing system enhancements.
