As a Fan Support Co-ordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our supporters, delivering a best-in-class service across email, telephone, social media and in-person channels. You’ll support fans across ticketing, memberships, stadium access, digital platforms and more — playing a key role in ensuring every interaction reflects the standards of Manchester City.

This is a fast-paced, supporter-focused role within a collaborative and experienced team. Please be aware, we are primarily recruiting on an initial fixed-term basis, with the potential for permanent opportunities. We are also keen to build a talent pool for future roles within the team.

This is Your City

As part of our team, you will be entitled to 26 days annual leave plus an additional day off for your birthday, private healthcare and a Simply Health cash plan, an annual discretionary bonus, plus a range of partnership and lifestyle discounts.

Your Impact

  • Deliver day-to-day fan support across multiple contact channels, 7 days per week.
  • Resolve ticketing, membership and service enquiries accurately and efficiently.
  • Sell fan-related products through approved sales channels.
  • Maintain consistent service standards across all supporter interactions.
  • Meet weekly, monthly and seasonal KPI targets.
  • Adhere to quality control, validation and compliance procedures.
  • Support ongoing engagement with supporter groups and key stakeholders.

What we are looking for

  • At least 1 year’s experience in a customer sales or service role.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people at all levels.
  • A genuine fan-focused mindset with excellent service standards.
  • Highly organised, able to manage workload under tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and operational processes.
  • Adaptable and open to change within a busy operational environment.
  • A collaborative team player who takes pride in delivering accurate, timely support.

This role operates across a 7-day working week, including matchdays and non-matchday events, with shifts aligned to operational requirements.
