The Role

This role sits at the heart of day-to-day site operations, helping to make sure facilities services are delivered to a high standard and that the building environment supports colleagues, partners and customers. You will help maintain the quality, safety and consistency of the site, bringing a practical and thoughtful approach to the work that keeps everything running smoothly.

Your focus will include daily checks and operational support across cleaning, health and safety, building maintenance, grounds, security and energy management. You will also help coordinate planning and day-to-day use of the site, support accommodation standards, contribute to audits and inspections, and work alongside others to make sure facilities meet the needs of a varied and busy environment.

You will work closely with colleagues, partners and contractors, helping to build positive relationships and support continuous improvement across the site. The role also involves supporting the wider Facilities Management team on meetings, events, infrastructure projects and matchday or safety-related activity when required, so flexibility, good judgement and clear communication are important throughout.

⚽ Ability to manage day-to-day operations, follow procedures and contribute to continuous improvement.

⚽ A good standard of education or relevant qualifications, with the flexibility to work a 5 days over 7 pattern including regular evenings and weekends.
